- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every purchase is a single one-time payment - there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
- What exactly does the unlock include?
- The Lammigo logo leaves the card page, the image and the PDFs. You get an HD image (2160 px), A4 and A5 PDFs at 300 dpi with a QR code printed under the card, and a link that never expires. A ready-made unlock covers 3 cards; a custom-design unlock covers that card.
- How do I pay?
- Paddle handles checkout securely as merchant of record. Cards are accepted, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. The exact price, with any tax, shows before you confirm.
- Do people signing a group card need an account?
- No. Nobody needs an account or an app - everyone writes their message from the same link, straight from WhatsApp.
- What if something goes wrong with a paid card?
- Send us the receipt number and a person will make it right - whether the card doesn’t work, a payment went through without an unlock, or you were charged twice. Change-of-mind requests within 14 days go through Paddle; see the Refund Policy.
- Does the recipient pay anything?
- No. One person pays; the recipient just opens the link.
- Can I pay later?
- Yes. Create the card free, share it, and unlock it any time within 3 months - after that, a free card's text is cleared. A group card can be paid any time - even while people are still signing - and up to 30 days after its closing date; after that, reopen it with a new closing date first.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- USD. The SAR and AED figures are approximations; your bank converts at its own rate.
- How long is a card kept?
- Free cards for 3 months. Paid cards until you delete them - the page and every message, photo and voice message stay. An unpaid group card that nobody touches for 40 days is deleted - we email you two weeks before, and again as the date approaches.
- Can people add photos or voice messages to a group card?
- Yes, at no extra cost. Everyone signing can add a photo or a GIF to their message and record a voice message of up to a minute - with or without text. Voice messages play on the card and in the slideshow, and the keepsake book prints a QR code for each one.
