Using Lammigo

Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Lammigo’s website and digital greeting-card service. By creating, buying, contributing to, sharing, or opening a card, you agree to these Terms. Lammigo is a brand operated by Gvantsa Kakhniashvili, a sole proprietor registered in Georgia, and is responsible for providing the card service.

Effective date:

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country to make a purchase. If you use Lammigo for an organization or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

What Lammigo provides

Lammigo provides digital individual and group greeting cards that can be personalized and shared through a link. A ready-made card carries a greeting written for its occasion; you add the names, and the greeting itself is not editable. Making a card is free; removing the Lammigo mark from a card and releasing a group card require a one-time payment. A group card can be paid at any time: people can keep signing after payment until the card is closed, its closing date passes, or it is sent, and it is released at that moment. The product description, deliverable, exact price, currency, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. A purchase is not a subscription.

Card animations are available on supported web pages. A printed or PDF version is a static representation and will not contain motion.

Access links and delivery

Lammigo is account-free. Card links may be opened by anyone who receives them. Management or editing links grant additional control and must be treated like passwords. You are responsible for sharing each link with the intended people and for keeping privileged links confidential.

A paid card - a ready-made or custom card unlock, or a paid group card - is delivered digitally after Paddle confirms the payment; a group card paid while it is still collecting messages is released when it closes. Delivery is complete when access to the card is made available through the success flow or its card link. Internet access and a compatible browser are required.

Card storage and deletion

A free individual card stays available while the service runs, and what was written on it is cleared three months after it was created - or, if its payment was refunded, three months after the refund - as described in the Privacy Policy. A paid card - an unlocked individual card or a paid group card - is stored permanently and its link keeps working; keeping it up is part of what the payment buys. Photos on a paid group card are kept with the card for as long as the card is kept; the organizer can download them as a ZIP at any time. An unpaid group card does not follow that three-month clock: one that nobody has touched for 40 days, and whose closing date (if it has one) passed more than a month ago, is deleted - after a refund, never sooner than three months after it; its organizer is warned by email two weeks before, and again as the date approaches.

Only the holder of the card’s management link can delete it. Deletion takes effect immediately: the card and what was written on it disappear from the service and the link stops working. A copy is held for 30 days so that a card deleted by mistake can be restored at the organizer’s request, and is then permanently erased. After that, for a paid card, only the minimal purchase record described in the Privacy Policy is kept for six months, for refunds and payment disputes, and is then removed. If that card was used to unlock other cards, the record is kept without the email for as long as a card it unlocked stays unlocked or can still be restored.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of names, messages, and other content you submit. You give Lammigo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the card service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit and share your content. You must not use Lammigo for unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malware-related, or spam content, or to reveal another person’s highly sensitive information without permission. We may hide or remove content and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, or to comply with law.

What can go on a card

A card is a public web page carrying our name, and anyone holding the link can open it - including people who never chose to receive it. That is why the line below is drawn explicitly rather than left to taste.

Do not put any of the following on a card, in a name, or in a signature:

  • threats, intimidation, or anything encouraging harm to a person;
  • hate speech or abuse aimed at someone for their religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender, or disability;
  • sexual content of any kind, and any such content involving a minor, whatever its form;
  • harassment of a named person, or another person’s private information - home address, phone number, identity or payment details - shared without their permission;
  • content insulting religious beliefs or sanctities, which is unlawful in several of the countries this service is offered in;
  • advertising, links, or anything posted to promote a product or drive traffic;
  • passing yourself off as another person or organization in order to deceive, embarrass, or harm them - signing a card on behalf of somebody who asked you to is ordinary and is not this;
  • content you do not hold the rights to share, including a photo of another person without their permission - and never a photo of a child without a parent’s.

How these rules are enforced

Three separate things happen, and they are worth telling apart. Links are refused outright as a message is written, so no card can carry one. The text is then passed through an automated check for threats, hate speech, harassment and sexual content - on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing a service that publishes links under our name from being used against someone. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent, to whom, and what is not kept.

The remaining rules cannot be checked by a machine, and we will not pretend otherwise. There are deliberately no accounts here, so we never verify that a name on a card belongs to the person who typed it: a card shows whatever its writer entered. Impersonation, another person’s private information, and content shared without the right to do so are found when somebody reports them - which is why every card page carries a report link, and why the organizer of a group card can hide any signature on it, stopping it from appearing.

Automated checks are not perfect, and ours is deliberately set to let borderline wording through, because refusing a real message is the worse mistake. If something you wrote was refused and you believe it should not have been, write to us and a person will look at it. You may also object to this processing, although we may then be unable to publish the content.

A reported card is reviewed and may be taken offline. Its record is kept rather than deleted, because a payment, a refund, or a dispute may need it later.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect billing information, calculate applicable taxes, issue the receipt, and show the Paddle entity selling the product in your location. You authorize Paddle to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

If a checkout price or product description is clearly incorrect because of a technical error, we may cancel and refund the affected transaction rather than deliver it on the incorrect terms.

Refunds

Digital-card purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, Paddle’s buyer terms and refund process, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please review the Refund Policy before buying.

Lammigo designs and intellectual property

The Lammigo name, interface, software, original illustrations, card layouts, and design system belong to Lammigo or its licensors. Buying or using a card gives you a personal right to use and share the delivered card; it does not transfer the design, software, trademark, or resale rights. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Lammigo available and preserve cards for the stated period, but maintenance, network failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may be limited, Lammigo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability connected with a paid card will not exceed the amount paid for that card. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes, suspension, and disputes

We may update the service or these Terms to reflect product, security, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will identify the latest version. We may suspend access where these Terms are materially breached or where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections or your right to use an authority or court available under applicable law.
