Purchases and refunds

Refund Policy

Lammigo paid cards are one-time digital purchases delivered shortly after payment. Paddle processes the purchase as Merchant of Record. This policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one without limiting rights that the law gives you.

Effective date:

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to paid digital cards purchased from Lammigo through Paddle. Free cards do not have a purchase price to refund. Each paid card is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

What a purchase buys

Creating a card and sharing its link are free. A ready-made card pack unlocks three ready-made cards: the card it was purchased from and two more of your choosing. A custom-card unlock applies only to that custom card. A group-card purchase releases one group card and its downloadable message book, whether it is paid before or after the card closes; its organizer can later reopen it for more messages without paying again. In each case, the exact deliverables are shown before payment; unlocked card pages and downloads no longer carry the Lammigo mark and are kept without the free-card time limit.

The unlock takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because digital content is supplied promptly and cannot be physically returned, a completed purchase is generally final once the unlock has been applied, except where this policy, Paddle’s process, or applicable law provides otherwise.

When a refund may be available

We or Paddle may approve a full or partial refund after reviewing the circumstances. Examples that may qualify include:

  • a duplicate charge for the same intended purchase;
  • payment completed but the card was not made available;
  • a material technical defect prevents the purchased card from being used and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time;
  • the product delivered materially differs from the description shown before purchase;
  • a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

Change-of-mind requests

Paddle may consider a reasonable refund request made soon after purchase, including requests submitted within 14 days, but approval is not automatic. Whether a change-of-mind refund is available can depend on whether the personalized digital content has already been delivered or accessed and on your local mandatory rights.

Delivered and downloaded cards

Once a card has been delivered to its recipient, or its keepsake - the image or PDF - has been downloaded, the purchase has done what it was bought to do, and we do not issue a refund for it except where the law requires one.

A genuine fault is different, and is always reviewed by a person: a payment taken without the card unlocking, a broken image or PDF, or a double charge. Contact us with the transaction reference and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to find the transaction and submit a request. You may also email Lammigo. Include the Paddle transaction or receipt number, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not email full payment-card details.

Paddle may ask for information needed to verify the purchase and will make or administer the refund decision under its buyer process. Contacting us first is often the fastest way to resolve a card-delivery or technical problem.

Approved refunds and timing

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Paddle states that card refunds usually take three to five working days to appear after processing, although the exact timing depends on the bank or payment provider. Currency-conversion or bank fees outside our control may not be recoverable.

A refund withdraws what was bought. Every card the purchase unlocked returns to its free version, including any card unlocked with the two spare unlocks: the Lammigo mark comes back and the high-resolution size is no longer available. The cards themselves and their links are not deleted: like any free card, each is then kept for three months, counted from the refund.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy you have under applicable consumer law. If a local rule gives you stronger cancellation or refund rights, that rule prevails.
